Specialist Volunteer – Autism & SEN (ABA / OT)

This is a specialist volunteer role. This role is suitable for professionals such as: ABA / Behaviour Therapists Occupational Therapists (OT) SEN / Special Education Teachers（quliatify and have a big experience） Other professionals with substantial experience working with autistic children. [Time Commitment Approximately 2–3 hours per month for regular monthly camps Additional participation in week-long Summer and Halloween camps (flexible scheduling). ] Detial: We are looking for an expert/professional (e.g. ABA therapist, Occupational Therapist (OT), Qualified SEN Teacher, Other professionals with autism/SEN expertise) with extensive experience in autism and special educational needs who can contribute his/her expertise through activity planning, team guidance, and on-site leadership support. Requirements: The ideal candidate should have demonstrable professional experience in autism and/or special educational needs, with the confidence to guide small teams and contribute through strong communication, planning, and collaboration skills. Experience in group-based programs or camps and an interest in inclusive education or community-based charity work are desirable. Responsibilities: - Planning and shaping monthly Kids Camp activities suitable for autistic and SEN children - Leading and providing guidance during week-long Summer and Halloween camps - Providing professional guidance and structure to camp facilitators and SNAs - Supporting the delivery of group activities to ensure they are inclusive, safe, and developmentally appropriate Advising on approaches related to sensory needs, communication, engagement, and behavior support Please note: This role does not involve providing clinical treatment or 1:1 therapy *If you are interested, please contact us with: A brief introduction An outline of your professional background and relevant experience Email:jieyi.lin@loveactuallycharity.ie
