Key Responsibilities • TIG welding of stainless / acid-resistant steel (MIG/MAG is an advantage) • Mechanical work related to fabrication, assembly, and maintenance • Reading and working according to technical drawings and WPS • Assembly of components and steel structures • Self-inspection and quality control of own work • Cooperation with Norwegian and international colleagues • Following HSE rules and contributing to a safe workplace Required Qualifications • Experience as a professional welder (TIG welding required) • Valid welding certificate according to ISO 9606-1 (process 141) • Experience with stainless steel welding (pipes and/or plates) • Ability to read technical drawings • Basic to good English communication skills • Relevant experience can replace formal trade certificate Personal Qualities • High focus on quality and accuracy • Able to work independently • Reliable and responsible • Motivated to work in rotation abroad What We Offer • Permanent job with Norwegian employment contract • Competitive salary according to Norwegian standards • Rotation system with predictable work and leave periods • Travel to and from Norway fully covered • Free accommodation during work periods • Norwegian pension and insurance schemes • One dedicated coordinator/contact person for Baltic employees • Safe working conditions and long-term stability Why Work in Norway with Inrigo AS?
