Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent for our clients. Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify potential candidates within the white-collar, IT, and engineering sectors. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to determine the suitability of candidates for specific roles. Maintain a deep understanding of the job market and industry trends to provide insightful consultation to both clients and candidates. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and recruitment challenges. Offer resume and interview coaching to candidates to enhance their prospects and ensure they are fully prepared for client interviews. Collaborate with our marketing and software teams to leverage AI tools for resume summarization and optimization. Keep meticulous records of all recruitment activities in our CRM system. Work towards and exceed individual and team targets related to the number of successful candidate placements. Provide regular feedback and progress reports to management and stakeholders. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed goals. Fluency in English; additional European languages are a significant plus. Proficient in using recruitment software and candidate databases. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
