Includes: • Internal insulation (50 mm extruded polystyrene) • Drywall finish and painting • Laminate flooring with skirting boards • 1 standard window (1.2 m × 1.5 m) • 1 panoramic window with door (1.8 m × 2 m) • External insulation (50 mm EPS) with simple façade finish • Basic electrical system (3 sockets, 2 LED lights) ⸻ 🔹 Medium Office – €40,000 A balanced choice with improved insulation and heating. Includes everything from the Basic package, plus: • Floor insulation (50 mm XPS) • 1 electric storage radiator with analog control • Option to add a panoramic corner window • Better finishing materials ⸻ 🔹 Luxury Office – €60,000+ Premium comfort with advanced technology and design. Includes everything from the Medium package, plus: • Premium floor insulation (100 mm XPS) • 2 PRANA recuperators (Bluetooth & mobile app control) • Option of underfloor heating or electric storage radiators • Smart home control options • Full-length terrace (1.5 m deep) with transparent roof • Premium façade finish available ⸻ 🔧 Additional Options (available for all models): • Underfloor heating: €1,000–1,500 • Extra window: €400–800 • Extra door: €600–1,000 • Roof insulation upgrade: €1,000 • Air conditioning: €1,500–3,000 (depending on model) • Premium façade: €2,500–4,000 • Bathroom installation: from €1,500 + sewage connection • Maintenance services: mold removal, ventilation installation, and repairs for existing offices ⸻ 📌 Note: We build both container offices and modular panel offices.
