Keyboardist

I am a classically trained pianist, synthesist, and sound designer with extensive experience and success in film scoring, sound design, and live performance (solo and ensembles/bands), I have written scores for award-winning films, theme music for National Public Radio shows, and I have contributed to recording projects recorded at and released by Real World Studios. I have also taught electronic music at the college level and produced works for CEMI at th University of North Texas. I am a gifted improvisor, most notably for Improvised, long-form musical comedy productions (currently performing one or two shows per month in Berlin as part of two very successful musical improv groups @wearexxylophone and @bastardsofthebasement. I am also well-known for my live, fully-improvised scores for silent movies such as Nosferatu and Metropolis which I play regularly in the Berlin area.
