Healthcare Data Analyst

The ideal candidate will have experience working with healthcare data, be able to identify patterns and trends and be able to communicate their findings to non-technical staff. Healthcare Data Analyst Duties: Create and manage databases for healthcare institutions and healthcare delivery organizations Establish and maintain data collection and reporting procedures Create and analyze healthcare organizational information for effective decision-making Develop new database and data analytic systems, procedures, and processes Maintain confidentiality of all database and data analytic information Provision of expert support in data analytic issues, with a focus on healthcare Establish and maintain expert data analytic knowledge Healthcare Data Analyst Responsibilities: Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations, and assist with analysis, project management, and data integration; articulate findings and recommendations to management Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling Participate in project design, testing, implementation, and training Write code, perform database development, and assist in unit testing Attend project status meetings Write reports and proposals Perform various administrative tasks as needed Requirements And Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Operations research, or a related field 2+ years of experience analyzing healthcare data Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft
