Location: Berlin & Surrounding Areas, Germany Salary: €50 – €80 per day (based on experience) Employment Type: Trial → Long-term Opportunity Trial Period: 2 Days (Paid based on agreement) Job Overview We are currently recruiting experienced Exterior Plasterers / Facade Workers for construction projects in Berlin, Germany. This role is ideal for skilled construction workers with hands-on experience in facade work and exterior plastering, who are looking for a stable opportunity with potential for long-term employment. Key Responsibilities Perform exterior plastering on residential and commercial buildings Prepare surfaces for plastering (cleaning, smoothing, priming) Apply plaster, render, and finishing materials to building facades Repair and maintain existing exterior surfaces Ensure high-quality finishing with attention to detail Follow safety standards and on-site instructions Work efficiently both independently and within a team Requirements Proven experience in construction work, especially exterior plaster (facade work) Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience preferred Ability to deliver clean, high-quality finishing Physically fit and able to handle manual labor Basic understanding of construction safety practices Ability to communicate in basic English or German is an advantage Additional Requirements (Important) Must have legal right to work in Germany OR be eligible to obtain one Previous work experience in Germany or EU is a plus Must be willing to complete a 2-day trial period Ability to provide photos or videos of previous work is highly preferred Driving licence and own car is an advantage (not mandatory) What We Offer Immediate work opportunities in Berlin Competitive daily pay based on experience (€50–€80/day) Opportunity for long-term employment after successful trial Professional and structured working environment Ongoing projects with consistent workflow Apply Here https://forms.gle/jmPqp9cnsqwBWNd96
