Working as a hand loader is a stepping stone to advancement within the company. A successful hand loader will: Use voice picking technology program to ensure speed and accuracy when picking beer products Retrieve orders according to quantity, size, etc., ensuring accuracy Build pallets with orders and position them on loading docks Effectively and safely utilize a forklift and other warehouse equipment. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, including cleaning up spills, sweeping, and mopping. Be self-motivated and work in a fast-paced, physical work environment Report to work ready and on time, expecting to work long hours on their feet. Repetitively lift, move, push, and handle cases of beer and other products weighing 40# or more. Work as a team player with co-workers. Have great strength and stamina Work in a temperature-controlled environment between 60-67 degrees. Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
