Job Description
This is a contract role, and the ideal candidate will have experience as a virtual assistant, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently. The location for this position is based in Oklahoma, but since it's a virtual role, candidates from anywhere in the United States are welcome to apply. Responsibilities: Manage schedules and appointments, book travel arrangements, and coordinate meetings Respond to emails and phone calls, and handle any inquiries from clients or customers Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed Conduct online research and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and managing budgets Provide general administrative support as needed Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Experience with project management tools such as Trello or Asana Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Availability to work during business hours in the United States This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who is looking for a flexible contract role as a virtual assistant.
