We operate in Finland and Sweden and are expanding rapidly into new international markets. We are looking for a proactive and bold USA Market Entry Manager to support our group’s expansion into the United States. Location: Tallinn Your Role.. - Conduct and coordinate practical matters with U.S. authorities and partners - Act as a liaison between the U.S. and Estonian teams - Support the company formation phase and ensure smooth business launch - Contribute to process design and help build the local team Who You Are.. - You have a strong understanding of the U.S. market, culture, and business environment — ideally, you are a native American or have lived in the U.S. for a longer period - Your background could be in Legal Assistance, Operations, or Project Coordination — or a similarly hands-on role - You’re proactive, practical, and not afraid to take initiative - You work independently and want to grow together with the business We Offer.. - A salary level beyond the market average starting from 5000€/month,, based on your experience and expertise - Permanent employment in a fast-growing Nordic company - Prestigious office in the central Tallinn - A chance to join a growing, international company with an entrepreneurial culture Ready to grow with us?
