As a Travel Agent Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice on travel destinations and products to clients. Responsibilities: Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget Offer recommendations on travel destinations, modes of transportation, accommodation, and activities Book and confirm travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours Provide accurate and timely information on travel restrictions, visa requirements, and insurance policies Process payments and handle refunds and cancellations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel agent or in a similar role Strong knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused approach and ability to build rapport with clients Proficiency in using reservation systems and travel booking software Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure Sales-driven mindset and ability to meet and exceed targets Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required If you are passionate about travel and have a proven track record in the travel industry, we would love to hear from you!
