Tiler

As a full-time tiler, you will be responsible for tiling walls, floors, and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings. You will work on a variety of projects, ranging from small renovations to large construction sites. Responsibilities: Measure and mark surfaces to be covered Prepare surfaces by removing old tiles, grout, and adhesive Cut tiles to size using hand and power tools Apply adhesive to surfaces and lay tiles in a predetermined pattern Level and align tiles using straightedges, levels, and plumb lines Mix and apply grout to fill gaps between tiles Install tile edge strips, sealants, and other accessories Ensure high-quality finishing of all work and minimize waste of materials Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times Follow all company policies and safety procedures Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: Proven experience as a tiler, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience Strong knowledge of tile types, patterns, and layout techniques Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints Proficient in using tile cutters, saws, and other power tools Good physical fitness and ability to work in a physically demanding environment Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Valid driver's license and reliable transportation If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter today.
