Therapist cum clinic assistant

1. Treatment Delivery Perform assigned treatments strictly in accordance with approved clinical protocols, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes. 2. Patient Assessment & Education Assess patient condition prior to each session, explain treatment procedures clearly, manage expectations, and provide appropriate aftercare advice. 3. Treatment Room & Equipment Management Prepare, maintain, and clean treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables to ensure readiness, functionality, and hygiene standards are met at all times. 4. Hygiene & Infection Control Comply with all infection control, sterilization, and safety SOPs to maintain a clean and safe treatment environment. 5. Documentation & Record Keeping Accurately and promptly document treatment details, progress notes, and any adverse reactions in the clinic system. 6. Time & Schedule Management Adhere to assigned treatment schedules, manage session timing efficiently, and minimise delays that may impact clinic operations. 7. Professional Conduct & Ethics Maintain professional appearance, ethical behaviour, and respectful communication with patients and colleagues at all times. 8. Team Coordination Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, front desk, and sales consultants to ensure accurate patient handover and continuity of care. 9. Continuous Learning & Development Participate in training, skills upgrading, and competency assessments to stay aligned with clinic standards and evolving treatment protocols. Compliance & Accountability - Adhere to clinic policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements - Maintain patient confidentiality at all times - This role is subject to performance appraisal, audits, and disciplinary procedures based on compliance with the above responsibilities - Looking for a male therapist
