As a full-time employee, you will work closely with players of all skill levels to develop their tennis abilities, including technique, strategy, and physical fitness. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized training programs based on each player's strengths and weaknesses Evaluate players' progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans Provide feedback and guidance to players during practice sessions and matches Organize and conduct training sessions for individuals and groups Assist in the recruitment and retention of players Plan and coordinate team events and tournaments Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure safety and efficiency Requirements: Proven experience as a Tennis Coach, preferably at the professional or collegiate level Strong knowledge of tennis technique, strategy, and training methods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Bachelor's degree in sports science, kinesiology, or a related field preferred CPR and First Aid certification preferred If you are passionate about tennis and have a desire to help players achieve their full potential, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity today!
