Technical Writer

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and technical materials to help customers and internal teams understand complex information. Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams to understand product requirements and translate technical information into user-friendly documentation. Write, edit, and proofread technical documents such as user manuals, release notes, and installation guides. Create and maintain documentation templates, style guides, and other standards to ensure consistency and accuracy. Manage document version control, ensure timely publication of materials, and maintain accurate records of all documentation. Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to continually improve documentation and support processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets project timelines and milestones. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field. 3+ years of experience in technical writing or related field. Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand format. Experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams. Proficient in using tools such as MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic programming concepts is a plus.
