Job Description

As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of a project and ensuring its successful completion. You will be expected to provide guidance and direction to the development team and coordinate with other departments, such as project management and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers and oversee the technical aspects of a project from start to finish.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements.
Design and develop software solutions that meet project requirements.
Ensure that the software is developed to meet high-quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget.
Provide technical guidance to the development team and ensure that best practices are followed.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that code is maintainable, scalable, and efficient.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and provide recommendations for their use within the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in software development and project management.
Experience leading a team of developers in the delivery of complex software projects.
Strong technical background with proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
