Looking for a highly motivated Technical Account Manager to join our client's team in Buffalo, USA. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and acting as a liaison between clients and technical teams. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide technical solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact for all technical needs. Collaborate with clients to identify their business objectives and provide technical solutions to meet their needs. Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing guidance on technical best practices and solutions. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, provide updates, and identify areas for improvement. Monitor and report on account activity, identifying areas for growth and improvement. Manage contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical account management, preferably in the software industry. Strong technical skills and knowledge of software development processes and technologies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and maintaining strong client relationships. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
