Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This is a full-time position with opportunities to work remotely. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit Manage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to hiring managers Negotiate offers and provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other sources of potential talent Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in the technology industry is preferred Our client offers a competitive salary package and a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, and paid time off.
