As a swimming instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and abilities. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and abilities. Ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming environment for all participants. Provide coaching and feedback to swimmers to help them improve their skills and technique. Monitor and evaluate swimmers' progress, and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians. Maintain accurate records of swimmers' progress and attendance. Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and that the swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and best practices. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a swimming instructor. An up-to-date swimming instructor certification from a recognized body. Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable swimming environment for all participants.
