Sports Scout

As a Sports Scout, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and analyzing talent in various sports, and presenting your findings to the organization's management team. You will need to have a strong understanding of the sports industry, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate talent in various sports, including attending games, practices, and other events Analyze and compare players' skills and performance, and report your findings to the management team Conduct research on emerging talent and trends in the sports industry Maintain an extensive database of potential players and talent Collaborate with coaches, managers, and other team members to determine team needs and priorities Participate in team discussions and strategy meetings Develop and maintain relationships with other scouts, coaches, and sports organizations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field At least 2 years of experience in sports scouting or related field Strong understanding of the sports industry and trends Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively If you are a highly motivated and talented individual with a passion for sports and a keen eye for talent, then we want to hear from you!
