Sound Engineer (Film & Movie Industry)

The successful candidate will be responsible for recording, editing, and mixing high-quality soundtracks for various film projects. This position is located in Detroit, MI, but may require travel to various locations across the US. Responsibilities: • Record, edit, and mix sound for film projects • Collaborate with directors, producers, and other production staff to ensure the best possible sound quality • Provide creative input on sound design and effects • Ensure that all sound meets technical requirements and standards • Troubleshoot and maintain sound equipment Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Film, Sound Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Film Sound Engineer • Proficient in industry-standard sound editing software such as Pro Tools, Logic, or Cubase • Familiarity with sound equipment and techniques • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Must be willing to travel as required • Must be legally authorized to work in the US If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter to us.
