Snow Board Instructor

Looking for an exciting new opportunity as a Snowboard Instructor? Our client, a leading resort in Aspen, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic instructor to join their team! As a full-time Snowboard Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to guests of all ages and skill levels. You will work closely with guests to evaluate their abilities and goals, develop personalized lesson plans, and provide feedback and encouragement to help them improve their skills. Responsibilities: Provide safe, fun, and effective snowboard instruction to guests of all ages and skill levels. Evaluate guests' abilities and goals to develop personalized lesson plans. Communicate clearly and effectively with guests to provide feedback and encouragement. Maintain a safe and organized learning environment on the mountain. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and techniques to continually improve instruction. Provide exceptional customer service to guests. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid certification from a recognized snowboard instructor training program. Previous experience teaching snowboarding preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Availability to work weekends and holidays. Must be able to pass a background check.
