What You’ll Do Provide support to users worldwide via email, chat, or phone in your strongest language Collaborate with internal teams such as Product and Marketing, and external partners to resolve issues Gain in-depth knowledge of our products to assist users effectively Escalate complex or unresolved cases to senior support as needed What We’re Looking For Background in customer service, languages, finance, cryptocurrency, or related fields 1–2 years of relevant experience, particularly in support, translation, or localization Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Italian, German, French, English, Spanish, Dutch, or Polish Proficiency in English for internal communication Availability to work rotating 8-hour shifts (with two scheduled days off per week) Strong interpersonal skills, composure under pressure, and a willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with the cryptocurrency or fintech sectors Experience using customer support platforms such as Zendesk Proficiency with MacOS, Lark, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Why Join Us Competitive salary with annual performance bonuses Clear career development pathways with training and learning support Positive, collaborative, and diverse team culture Work with professionals from around the world in a truly global environment Please note: We do not offer visa sponsorship.
