Seasonal Farm Worker (Part-time)

Responsibilities: Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. Operate farm equipment, including tractors, plows, and irrigation systems. Maintain and repair farm equipment and machinery. Ensure that crops are planted, watered, fertilized, and harvested in a timely and efficient manner. Perform manual labor such as pruning, weeding, and thinning crops. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in agriculture or farm work is preferred but not required. Ability to perform manual labor and operate farm equipment. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong work ethic and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions. Basic knowledge of farming practices, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
