Scrum Master

As the Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading agile development teams and facilitating the agile process, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality products. Responsibilities: Act as a servant-leader for agile development teams, fostering a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies and best practices. Work closely with product owners to ensure a clear and prioritized product backlog. Monitor and report on project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues as needed. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identify areas for improvement, and lead efforts to implement changes. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile software development environment. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Experience working with JIRA or similar project management tools. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification is a plus.
