Main tasks: • Sand blasting trucks and components (similar to high-pressure water hose work); • Occasionally car painting or installation tasks if you have additional skills. Terms: • Start: As soon as possible; • Duration: 3 months with possible long-term extension; • Working hours: 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday). Occasionally longer days or Saturdays; • Pay: €22/hour pre-tax (after 14-day probation test); • Probation period: first 14 days €21/hour compensation; • Paid travel to/from country of origin. Candidate requirements: • Experience in sand blasting work; • Driving license (minimum B category); • Good physical condition and health; • Fair English or Polish language skills (Polish candidates do not need English); • Full passport (not only national ID). We offer: • Accommodation according to Dolphin Group standards with 24/7 WI-FI; • Company car for travel between workshop and accommodation (~25 km); • Work clothes and bed linen provided; • Assistance with Swedish self-employment registration and administrative support.
