YOUR TASKS AT CONCIRCLE You work closely with Sales, Delivery and our customers, helping turn opportunities into successful projects:  Create and manage proposals, contracts and other documents throughout the sales process.  Coordinate approvals, contract workflows and signature processes with customers and internal stakeholders.  Support order intake activities and maintain sales-related information across our systems.  Ensure that the right information, documents and approvals are in place at every stage of the sales process. WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US  Completed degree (Business Administration) or a related field.  Initial experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support or a similar environment.  Confident use of MS Office, ideally first experience with ERP or CRM systems.  Structured and detail-oriented mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership and quality.  Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple topics moving simultaneously.  Very good German- and English skills (B2).
