Sales & Marketing Specialist

RecMeNow, a leading recruitment business, is seeking a Full-Time Sales & Marketing Specialist to work with one of our clients in Colorado. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets • Identify target markets and create marketing campaigns to reach them • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy • Work with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners • Manage social media accounts and develop content for digital marketing campaigns • Develop and manage advertising campaigns • Develop sales plans and manage sales pipelines • Analyze sales data and provide insights to drive performance Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets • Experience in digital marketing and social media management • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software • Must be legally authorized to work in the US If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV and a cover letter to us.
