Robotics Engineer

This is a full-time role based in Baltimore, with the option for a hybrid work arrangement including remote and work-from-home opportunities. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and test robotics software and hardware systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design and functionality meets customer requirements. Troubleshoot and debug robotics systems as needed. Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our client's robotics products remain competitive in the market. Provide technical support to customers as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in robotics software and hardware design and development. Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and ROS. Knowledge of robotics systems and technologies, including motion planning, perception, and control. Experience with 3D modeling and simulation software, such as SolidWorks and MATLAB. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to robotics safety.
