As a Roadie, you will play a crucial role in the success of live performances by ensuring that all equipment is set up and taken down efficiently and safely. Responsibilities: Loading and unloading equipment from trucks to the stage Setting up and breaking down equipment before and after performances Assisting performers with any equipment needs during performances Ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and stored Assisting with logistics and scheduling of performances Providing exceptional customer service to all performers and clients Requirements: Previous experience as a Roadie or similar role Strong understanding of audio equipment, lighting systems, and staging Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation If you are passionate about music and are looking for an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes of live performances, we encourage you to apply for this full-time Roadie position in Cork, Ireland.
