Risk Manager

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a talented Risk Manager to join their team. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor risk across the organization, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk Develop and implement risk management strategies and plans to minimize potential losses Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential areas of risk and develop strategies to address them Analyze data and market trends to identify emerging risks and develop strategies to mitigate them Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and industry groups Create reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders to communicate risk management activities and results Provide guidance and training to team members on risk management best practices and policies Skills: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in the financial services industry Knowledge of risk management best practices and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and risk management software If you are a proactive, analytical thinker with a passion for risk management, we want to hear from you.
