We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as Python, Java, or others relevant to the project. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Solution Design: Participate in system architecture discussions, propose innovative solutions, and contribute to software design decisions. Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing, identify bugs, and troubleshoot issues to ensure software reliability and performance. Code Review & Best Practices: Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and continuously improve development processes. Documentation & Training: Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and provide support or training to end-users when needed. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, QA engineers, and DevOps to deliver projects on time. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks, and suggest improvements to enhance team productivity.
