Job Description
Ivaldi Group is seeking a motivated and personable Regional Project Manager to represent our team in Northern Middle Sweden. This role involves managing both new and ongoing projects in the region, interfacing with our international team, and coordinating workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company with flexible, remote work and occasional travel to visit clients on-site. This position has potential for increased hours or future project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for Ivaldi’s regional projects in Northern Middle Sweden.
• Coordinate project activities and deliverables, ensuring that milestones and goals are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients and Ivaldi’s international team to manage project workflow and expectations.
• Take initiative in following up on project activities, organizing deliverables, and reporting progress.
• Engage in occasional site visits to client locations to strengthen client relationships and facilitate project success.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in using common IT tools for project management and communication.
• Proven ability to work independently, with strong initiative and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relate to a variety of stakeholders.
• Drivers licence and ability to drive for client meetings. Plus but not a must if you have your own car.
• Background in military, logistics, and/or heavy industry is a plus but not essential.

Compensation:
• Salary is project-based, with current projects requiring an average of 5-10 hours of work per week.
• The role offers a competitive hourly rate of 750 SEK/hour, with potential for additional hours or more stable fixed salary as project needs grow.
