Recruitment – Construction Workers for Guadeloupe

We are a French group based on the island of Guadeloupe, in the Caribbean, operating in the construction and hospitality sectors. Our group includes several construction companies as well as multiple hotels currently in operation. As part of our growth, we are looking for masons, carpenters, and multi-skilled workers who are motivated and responsible to join our teams. 🔧 Profiles wanted: * Mason: structure, finishing, plastering, concrete slabs, etc. * Carpenter / Joiner: wooden structures, assembly, finishing * Multi-skilled worker: able to carry out various tasks on different construction sites 🌴 Conditions offered: * 1-year renewable or long-term contract, depending on profile and motivation * Free accommodation during the first 3 months, followed by assistance in finding permanent housing * Salary based on experience and skills * Pleasant climate, international working environment, and friendly team 🗣 Languages: Speaking French is not required — our technical director is Franco-Portuguese, and ensures communication with the teams.
