Main duties of this role: Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required. Ensure that both the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments. Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities. Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times. Attend appropriate training courses, when required, and assist with the Night Team’s training and development efforts. Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties. Qualifications, Experience and Requirements: Preferred Language of Resume/Application: English. 0-1 year minimum experience. Average level in English. Monthly Salary: 3,100GBP and above, depending on level of experience. Positive attitude. Good communication skills. Ability to work on own or in teams. Experience in communication and good conduct. Attention to detail. Benefit: The Employee is eligible to receive a semi-annual discretionary bonus of up to a target of 45% of your Base Eligible Earnings as defined in the Company's Bonus Plan. Based on your performance, you can over-achieve your bonus target pursuant to the Company's Bonus Plan. Employee shall be afforded Health Insurance and Retirement (Pension) Plan in accordance with the prevailing market practice in the United Kingdom and the applicable laws and regulations In Return: Employee shall be entitled to up to thirty (30) days of Paid Vacation/Leave (plus Bank Holidays) in any given calendar year provided that Employee remains a full time employee during such period of time. If Employee’s employment falls short of twelve months in any given calendar year, Employee’s entitlement to thirty (30) days of paid vacation/leave shall be reduced on a pro rata basis. Employee shall be eligible to accrue paid vacation/paid time off in accordance with the company's paid vacation/paid time off policy, as it may be amended from time to time, and at the rate equal to other similarly situated employees.
