Our client is seeking a friendly and reliable Part-time Receptionist to join their team in Washington DC. Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors and provide them with a warm welcome Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times Maintain a schedule of appointments and meetings Provide administrative support to various departments as required Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Order office supplies and maintain inventory Ensure compliance with office security procedures Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Flexibility to work varied hours This is a part-time position, with hours to be determined based on the needs of the office.
