Job Description
Pre-Contract:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender documentation, and bills of quantities.
Support bid evaluations and assist in finalizing contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Post-Contract:
Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports, including claims and variation orders.
Evaluate contractor claims and handle progress payment certification.
Pre-Contract:

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
Organize project meetings and prepare detailed reports for management.
Monitor compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality assurance requirements.
Any additional responsibilities/ tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.
