Job Description
Pre-Contract: Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender documentation, and bills of quantities. Support bid evaluations and assist in finalizing contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Post-Contract: Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports, including claims and variation orders. Evaluate contractor claims and handle progress payment certification. Project Administration Responsibilities: Maintain project schedules, track progress, and report updates to stakeholders. Handle project-related documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and meeting minutes. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication. Organize project meetings and prepare detailed reports for management. Monitor compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and quality assurance requirements. Any additional responsibilities/ tasks as delegated by the Management as needed. Manage final accounts and project close-out documentation.
