We are expanding our international network of licensed mental health professionals and invite experienced therapists to join us as independent contractors. Key Details Job Type: Independent Contractor / Freelance Location: Fully Remote (Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection) Schedule: Highly Flexible (You set your own hours; no minimum session requirement) The Role: Focus on Clinical Excellence As a Freelance Therapist with Mantra Care, you will deliver secure, high-quality online therapy and counseling services to a diverse, global client base. Responsibilities include: Conducting remote individual, couples, or family therapy sessions via our secure telehealth platform. Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, Psychodynamic, etc.) to address client needs across a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Maintaining thorough, timely, and confidential client notes and records within our HIPAA- and GDPR-compliant system. Adhering to all ethical and legal standards required by your relevant licensing board and the jurisdiction where you practice. Required Qualifications Hold a current, unrestricted, and valid license to practice in your jurisdiction (e.g., Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent). Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in providing mental health services. Proven proficiency and comfort in delivering effective online or telehealth therapy. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (such as Hebrew, Spanish, German, etc.) is highly desirable. Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a private, professional space for conducting sessions.
