Program Coordinator

The Job • Plan, organize and manage negotiation seminars and events independently • Communicate closely with new and existing clients, give advice on training needs and build strong relationships during their customer life cycle • Maintain, grow and establish client relationships with existing and prospective client base, schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current clients to present our institute and training solutions • Handle participant enquiries, registrations and other administrative tasks (incl.
