Product Manager

Our client, a leading company in the tech industry, is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join their team in Cardiff. This is a full-time position with hybrid work arrangements, including both remote and in-office work options. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of a product, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure that the product meets business goals and user needs. Responsibilities: Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, based on market and user research, competitive analysis, and business objectives Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that product development meets user needs and business goals Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions Lead product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a successful release Monitor and evaluate product performance, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of launching successful products Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and using data to make decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines Experience in Agile development methodologies is a plus If you are a proactive, results-driven Product Manager who is passionate about delivering innovative solutions and enhancing user experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
