Procurement Manager

We are currently working with one of our leading clients, who is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their team based in Bristol, UK. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing procurement strategies in line with the organization's goals and objectives. Conducting market research and supplier evaluations to identify cost-effective procurement opportunities. Managing the procurement process from supplier selection, contract negotiation, to finalizing purchase orders. Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure efficient procurement operations. Analyzing procurement data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Managing a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a procurement management role. Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, procedures and regulations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Experience with procurement software and tools such as ERP systems, eProcurement platforms, and spend analysis tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
