Problem Manager - Liverpool

We are currently seeking a Problem Manager for one of our leading clients, based in Liverpool, UK. This is a full-time position, with hybrid opportunities to work remotely and from home. As a Problem Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues that affect the business's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities: Work closely with other teams to identify and analyze potential problems in the IT infrastructure Develop and implement effective solutions to prevent future occurrences of issues and improve system reliability Develop and maintain problem management policies and procedures to ensure a consistent approach to problem resolution Act as a liaison between the IT department and other business units to ensure effective communication and collaboration Monitor and report on problem resolution progress to stakeholders Continuously improve the problem management process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of ITIL framework and problem management best practices Experience in incident, problem, and change management in a large-scale IT environment Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of IT infrastructure, network, and systems Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field ITIL certification preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in problem management in a large-scale IT environment Experience with problem management tools and systems If you have a passion for problem-solving and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, then we would love to hear from you.
