Job Description
As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for evaluating customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions, providing technical expertise, and ensuring a smooth handover to the post-sales team. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Work closely with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical expertise during the sales process. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and technical documentation to customers. Work with the post-sales team to ensure a smooth handover of customer accounts. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Proven experience in pre-sales or similar technical sales roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of enterprise software, cloud computing, and related technologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed.
