Pilates Instructor

Role Descirption: Halo Studio is seeking a part-time, on-site Pilates Instructor to join our team in Geneva starting January 2026. The instructor will lead group classes in both heated mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, ensuring a high standard of teaching and client care. Responsibilities include creating engaging and safe workouts, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the warm, community-focused atmosphere of Halo Studio. Qualifications: Certification in Pilates Instruction (Mat and/or Reformer) or related field Proven experience teaching Pilates and/or group exercise classes Strong understanding of anatomy, posture, and body mechanics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and support clients of all levels Strong customer service orientation and team spirit Fluent in both English and French (required) Flexibility to teach classes at varying times (mornings, evenings, weekends)
