Job Description Easy Blinds Trading LLC is seeking a confident and results-driven Phone Sales & Customer Service Executive (Female) to join our growing team in Dubai. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, converting enquiries into confirmed orders, and developing strong B2B relationships. This position suits someone comfortable handling both residential customers and business clients such as interior designers, property managers, and contractors. Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally • Make outgoing sales and follow-up calls to warm leads • Convert phone enquiries into confirmed orders • Actively identify and develop B2B clients (interior designers, property management companies, contractors, corporate clients) • Build and maintain long-term B2B relationships • Schedule site visits and measurements • Follow up on quotations and close deals • Maintain accurate CRM and call records • Provide high-quality after-sales support Requirements • Female candidates only • Fluent English (spoken and written) • Sales experience, preferably phone-based • Experience or interest in B2B sales is a strong advantage • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills • Target-driven and organised • Must currently be in Dubai • Immediate availability Salary & Commission • AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month, based on experience • Attractive commission structure for B2B sales • Performance-based incentives • Long-term growth opportunity with an established company
