Pen Tester 6 Month Contract

As a Penetration Tester, you will be responsible for testing the security measures of the organization's systems and applications, identifying potential vulnerabilities and providing recommendations for improvement. This is a hybrid position, offering both remote and work from home opportunities, with occasional visits to the London-based office. Responsibilities: Conducting penetration tests on various systems and applications to identify security vulnerabilities Analyzing test results and providing detailed reports with recommendations for improvement Collaborating with developers and other security professionals to implement security measures Keeping up to date with the latest security trends and vulnerabilities Conducting research on emerging security technologies and recommending their implementation where appropriate Participating in incident response and disaster recovery exercises Maintaining the organization's security policies and procedures Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in penetration testing Strong knowledge of network and web application penetration testing techniques Experience with penetration testing tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, and Metasploit Knowledge of common vulnerabilities such as XSS, SQL injection, and CSRF Familiarity with industry-standard compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, and CEH are a plus If you are passionate about cyber security and have the skills and experience to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
