Partnerships Manager – BPO & Workforce Development (Japan Market) LOCATION: Japan Work mode: Remote/Hybrid - with periodic travel within Japan and to Nigeria as required Salary: Up to $5,000 gross/month Job Type: Fixed Term (18-Month Contract) Are you a seasoned partnerships or business development professional with a sharp eye for market opportunity and a passion for workforce impact? We're looking for a driven Partnerships Manager to lead our Japan-facing engagement strategy. This is an opportunity in building the bridges between Japanese BPO buyers and Nigeria-based service operators and talent. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of international business development, workforce development, and social impact; working across two dynamic markets with real, measurable outcomes. What You'll Do: You'll own the Japan market engagement strategy end-to-end: identifying and cultivating BPO buyer relationships, managing a structured stakeholder pipeline, designing buyer roundtables and knowledge-exchange sessions, and translating Japanese market demand into actionable training and workforce pathways. You'll also prepare buyer-facing materials, maintain audit-ready documentation, and deliver regular market intelligence updates to senior leadership. Who We're Looking For: 5–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, employer engagement, or market development — ideally in BPO, tech services, workforce development, or impact sourcing Proven ability to manage structured engagement pipelines and convene diverse stakeholders across corporate, ecosystem, and diplomatic environments Strong CRM discipline, excellent facilitation and negotiation skills, and a compliance-oriented mindset A bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Economics, or a related field (a master's is a plus) High initiative, ability to operate independently across time zones, and strong documentation habits With This Role: You'll be shaping market access for an emerging talent ecosystem, influencing training design, and engaging stakeholders at the highest levels; all while working flexibly from Japan with periodic travel. The work is meaningful, the scope is significant, and the compensation reflects it. Send your CV to applytalentacceleratorafrica@gmail.com or share with someone who fits this role.
