As an Optician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality eye care services to customers, ensuring they have access to the right eyewear solutions. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive eye exams to diagnose vision problems and recommend appropriate eyewear products Assist customers in selecting frames that fit their style and provide optimal visual performance Dispense eyewear products, including eyeglasses and contact lenses, ensuring proper fitting and adjustment Educate customers on the proper care and maintenance of their eyewear products Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer eye exams, prescriptions, and purchases Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dispensary and lab areas Stay up-to-date with the latest eyewear technology and trends Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Optometry or related field Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Optician Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing eyewear products Knowledge of industry standards, practices, and regulations related to optometry and eyewear products Familiarity with using electronic medical record systems and other computer software relevant to the job If you are passionate about eye care and are looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the eyewear industry, we encourage you to apply for this position.
