NEST LTD, an international transport company based in Greece, is seeking an Office & Operations Administrator to support daily business operations and ensure smooth workflows across finance, administration, suppliers, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities - Monitor payments, invoices, and basic finance tasks - Handle calls, emails, and customer communication - Enter orders and coordinate shipments - Manage suppliers and stock of transport materials - Organize contracts, certificates, and office records - Support website updates (texts, content improvements) - Schedule meetings and provide general office support Requirements - Degree in administration, finance, or related field (University/College/IEK) - Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Good command of English (written & spoken) - Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Nice to Have - Previous experience in a similar role - Knowledge of invoicing or CMS systems What We Offer - Net salary: €1,000 - Full-time position, Monday–Friday, based in Athens - Supportive and friendly work environment - Career growth opportunities in a developing international company
