5. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, assessments, care plans, and progress notes. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards of confidentiality.
6. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and optimize patient care. Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and continuity.
7. Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, applying your knowledge and critical thinking skills to provide immediate care and stabilize patients in crisis situations.
8. Health Promotion: Promote health and wellness within the community through health screenings, immunizations, and health education programs. Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness and provide support.

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license or registration in Canada.
